I am a UK resident & have been shopping from ‘Care to Beauty’ for 5 years+. I have to say, I have always had a positive experience when ordering from theses guys, throughout the pandemic included.
Customer service was exceptional when I had an isolated issue needing resolved regarding a delivery charge, I was given an apology & refunded promptly. I would highly recommend.

Kept me update the whole process with mail an SMS.
And the delivery was good and speedy.

According to their refund policies I have to wait until June. JUNE!!!!! I do not recommend this place in any way.

Order was shipped and arrived in a timely manner; the contents of the package were in good condition and securely packed. I have yet to try the products, but the service was great.
